The types of health plans available are PPO,
Co-pay PPO, POS, Basic Hospitalization, and HMO coverages.

on a Guaranteed Basis regardless of the health history of yourself or
your employees. Premiums paid by the
business are currently tax deductible.

benefit period, and a maximum monthly benefit of $6,000.
Group Plans (10+ employees) are written on a guaranteed issue
basis. You can pick and choose
participants by class. The plan provides
a To Age 65 benefit period, and can be written to a maximum monthly benefit of
$25,000.
